Journalling is much more than offloading your stress onto a piece of paper. 

It’s discovering and healing yourself.

It’s spiritual and reaches as far down into the depths of our being as much as it lifts us up into the lofty realms of our soul.

It can help us face the darkest of nights and appreciate the sunniest of mornings.

More than any of that, it’s our story.

Getting started......

It can feel a little daunting to start journalling but all you really need is something to write or draw with and something to write or draw on.

Some people prefer a pen or pencil and some paper, others prefer something digital. It really is up to you!

If you’re unsure then we’d suggest you give both a go and find out what appeals to you more.
